This item comes as an adult T-shirt, toddler tee, or baby bodysuit. The children's sizes are baby bodysuits in 0-3 months to 12-18 months. The toddler sizes are 2T-8T (y medium). All tops are available as short or long sleeves. Each item is made with a cozy cotton material. Our tops are made using nontoxic, water-based inks. Please note, mama T-shirts run unisex in size. Material is a perfect light weight for summer. I suggest a nude color bra or an undershirt for layering :)
